- First AnnouncementWe are pleased to announce that, effective May 1, 2024, Welfare & Pension Administration Service, Inc. (WPAS) will be the Heating, Piping and Refrigeration Trust Fund’s (the Plan) third-party administrator (TPA).

Your personal information can be accessed by logging into the secure Member website. To access your personal benefits you must create a new account and password.
NOTE: Dependents age 13 and older need to create a new account and password for online access.(Dependents use the Member Login option to login to their account.)
